It’s our job to find the right loan for you. We do that by helping you navigate the choices and changes in the market. Then we go in to bat for you and can even negotiate on your behalf. Once we’ve found a loan we like the look of, we’ll help manage the whole process for you.

Brendan is the founder of Front Row Financial Management. He’s an experienced private banker who branched out into mortgage broking to focus on his passion for providing tailor-made solutions to clients. Amy – Relationship Manager

Amy offers more than 20 years in the finance industry, including time at Westpac and Suncorp as a credit manager and business banker. In 2018, Amy began her own business where she has managed large residential projects thanks to her lending expertise. Amy offers exceptional value to Front Row clients as an analyst.

Callum – Relationship Manager

Callum joined Front Row as part of our Graduate Program while he completed his dual degree in Advanced Finance and Economics at the University of Queensland. He offers in-depth insight and understanding to Front Row clients to ensure the best outcome possible. Callum also takes immense pride in never missing a deadline.

Callum is the person within our team that helps guide clients from talking about an outcome to making sure it’s achieved. After your loan is approved and loan documents are available, Callum will be the main point of contact for all Front Row clients to ensure the loan settles on time. Through Callum’s relentless follow up provides clients with constant reassurance. When your deal is approaching settlement and you have questions, Callum is always available to Front Row clients.

Jacob – Mortgage Broker

Jacob is a commercial banker with experience in small-business lending, large-scale commercial lending, growth and acquisition and agribusiness. He ventured into mortgage broking to extend the scope of assistance that can be provided to clients without the limitations of a single bank’s policy or appetite.

Madonna – Mortgage Broker

Madonna joined Front Row as part of our Graduate Program at the start of 2021 as an administrative assistant whilst undertaking our mortgage broker diploma. Madonna completed her diploma and joined our team of brokers where she has already provided excellent financial solutions for Front Row clients.

Madonna is the main point of contact for clients looking to borrow money for Home Loan purchases. She’s particularly brilliant at adding value for clients who earn PAYG income, are a practicing Medical Professional or a First Home Buyer.
